Copy a Script

If there is an existing script that closely matches your requirement, you can duplicate that script and edit it as required. Using duplication can be faster than creating a script from scratch.

To duplicate a script,

  1. Navigate to Libraries > Scripting.
  2. On the Scripting page, select an existing script that you want to duplicate and click Copy to open the Copy <scriptname> dialog.
  3. Add a suitable name to the Script Name field.
  4. Select Include Dependencies to reuse the dependencies from the existing script.
  5. Click Confirm.
A copy of the scripts gets created. You can view the script in Scripting library.
